Sean Kouplen is BACK by popular demand!
Sean Kouplen is the former Oklahoma’s Secretary of Commerce & Workforce Development and the Chairman & CEO of Regent Bank.
In his volunteer role as Secretary of Commerce and Workforce Development, Kouplen oversees 36 state agencies who lead the economic development, community development and workforce development efforts for the state of Oklahoma. Under his leadership, the state has attracted over 65 new businesses since 2019. Governor Stitt has now tasked Secretary Kouplen with leading our business and economic recovery from the COVID-19 crisis.
In 2008, Kouplen led an investor group that purchased 110-year old Regent Bank in Nowata, OK. Since that time, the bank has expanded to Tulsa, OKC Springfield, MO and now Bartlesville; growing from $72 million in assets to over $700 million- making it one of America’s fastest-growing banks. Regent Bank has won many awards including Inc Magazine’s Best Places to Work and the ICBA Central United States Community Banker of the Year.
Kouplen holds numerous local and statewide leadership positions, including Immediate Past Chairman of the OSU National Alumni Association, OSU-Tulsa Board of Trustees and Hospitality House Board of Directors. He is currently a board member for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, Tulsa Community College Foundation and Hillcrest South Hospital, an Elder of Southpoint Church in Bixby, and a member of the OK Bankers Association and Young President’s Organizations.
Kouplen’s awards include Central U.S. Community Banker of the Year, Journal Record’s Most Admired CEO Circle of Excellence Inductee, his fraternity’s top national alumni award, Citizen of the Year in Bixby, OK and, most recently, a black belt in Taekwondo. Craig Spooner is the Director of Sales for UNINET and has been with the company for 19 years. Craig is intimately familiar with all of UNINET’S products and services. Lauren Kilgore is an accountant turned wreath maker turned Etsy expert. After 20+ years as an accountant, she recently "un-retired" to work her Etsy shop, BeautifulMesh, and coaching full-time with Handmade Sellers University. Richard Bloedow is an expert in home and commercial machine embroidery, embroidery applique, digitizing and decorating apparel. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He has specialized in automated cutting, vinyl cutting, sublimation, direct to garment printing and machine embrodiery. Richard teaches nationally for many great companies including SewingMachine.com, Brother International and GS USA. He has a clear and easy to understand style that makes a class fun and rewarding.
Ryan Tjalsma is an Account Executive in the Distributor Sales Department for the Advertising Specialty Institute. He started with ASI in December 2021, helping to grow overall new member base. Ryan works within the US and Canada, with a focus on educating the benefits of adding promotional products to anyone’s business and the services ASI has to offer. He grew up surrounded by promotional products, as both of his parents were multi-line reps for suppliers in the industry. Ryan graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Marketing and currently resides in Pennsylvania with his wife of 3 years.
Patrick Moore is no stranger to the sublimation industry. As Print Lab Manager for Beaver Paper, Moore has spent the last 6 years implementing Quality Control programs for all dye-sub related products, as well as expanding the lab’s capabilities by adding new equipment, inksets, heat presses, and RIP software. In addition, Moore is an integral part of product development efforts at Beaver Paper. He also provides invaluable technical support to their customers and sales team. Prior to Beaver Paper, Moore worked at Sawgrass Technologies for 14 years in R&D, Ink Production, and QC. Transitioning away from traditional lab work, Moore turned to industrial sublimation applications, helping integrate and optimize the dye-sub process to improve customer success and satisfaction.

Prior to this she was with Canon Solutions America for 16 years, most recently in their Large Format division. She has an MBA and MS and resides in the suburbs of Chicago with her boyfriend and golden retriever furbaby.
Charlie Myers Senior Sales Executive - Charlie Myers has been with Neenah for 28 years with in a sales role and has been involved with Digital Transfer Papers for 19 years. Charlie has been a part of the development, marketing, and sales of some of the most iconic brands in the Heat Transfer industry including JET-PRO®️ Soft Stretch, 3G JET-OPAQUE®️, and the IMAGE-CLIP®️ brands. He has a degree in Chemistry and is originally from North Carolina and now lives in Tennessee.
