Sean Kouplen is the former Oklahoma’s Secretary of Commerce & Workforce Development and the Chairman & CEO of Regent Bank.
In his volunteer role as Secretary of Commerce and Workforce Development, Kouplen oversees 36 state agencies who lead the economic development, community development and workforce development efforts for the state of Oklahoma. Under his leadership, the state has attracted over 65 new businesses since 2019. Governor Stitt has now tasked Secretary Kouplen with leading our business and economic recovery from the COVID-19 crisis.
In 2008, Kouplen led an investor group that purchased 110-year old Regent Bank in Nowata, OK. Since that time, the bank has expanded to Tulsa, OKC Springfield, MO and now Bartlesville; growing from $72 million in assets to over $700 million- making it one of America’s fastest-growing banks. Regent Bank has won many awards including Inc Magazine’s Best Places to Work and the ICBA Central United States Community Banker of the Year.
Kouplen holds numerous local and statewide leadership positions, including Immediate Past Chairman of the OSU National Alumni Association, OSU-Tulsa Board of Trustees and Hospitality House Board of Directors. He is currently a board member for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, Tulsa Community College Foundation and Hillcrest South Hospital, an Elder of Southpoint Church in Bixby, and a member of the OK Bankers Association and Young President’s Organizations.
Kouplen’s awards include Central U.S. Community Banker of the Year, Journal Record’s Most Admired CEO Circle of Excellence Inductee, his fraternity’s top national alumni award, Citizen of the Year in Bixby, OK and, most recently, a black belt in Taekwondo. Kouplen has written three best-selling books and leads a daily call-in devotional for over 60,000 people throughout the country every morning at 8:17am and you are invited!
Kouplen has been married to Angela for 21 years and they have three children- Emory (16), Kennedy (13) and Finley (10).

Roger Wambolt's career is the culmination of 24 years in graphic design and education. It began in the trenches at Corel, where Roger provided user support, training and championed Corel's partner programs. Over the years, he acquired extensive knowledge through his relationships with graphics professionals in many industries, including print, sublimation, screen printing, sign making, engraving, and embroidery.
A CorelDRAW Graphics Suite expert, Roger has been a popular presenter at industry trade shows. I joined the Artesprix (pronounced: ahrt – eh – spree) Team in late 2018 as Sales Manager, and have since been helping grow their brand to more than just Sublimation Markers. With over 6 years Sales experience and a Bachelors in Business Management, I am ready to introduce the world to Sublimation through crafting. It is exciting to be a part of this industry, as I learn more about traditional Sublimation every day. The best part about my job are the relationships I develop with makers, customers, and partners.
Jared Truman is a sublimation specialist at JDS Industries, where he has been offering sublimation support for just over 2.5 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer graphics with a minor in art and has experience with both screen and wide-format printing. When he is not offering sublimation support or at a tradeshow/seminar, he is designing artwork for products and shooting/editing videos for JDS YouTube channel. He is located at the JDS Headquarters in Sioux Falls, SD.

Vik Patel is a proven sales and marketing director, with more than 20 years of international experience and 10 years within the product decorating industry. As the Director of Marketing and Global Business Development at Sawgrass in Charleston, SC, Vik uses a methodical, data-driven approach for the strategic development of new markets. He has a degree in Chemistry and Business Administration from the University of Kingston, London and has an Executive MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. In his free time, you can catch him at places like the Charleston Food & Wine Festival running his pop-up food business specializing in spicy, hot-off-the-grill “Fire Chicken.”

With 26 years' experience in the digital decoration market, Douglas educates the sales and technical staff at Conde, presents transfer paper products at industry trade shows and provides content for CondeTV.
Michael Stark has more than 30 years’ experience in the digital transfer market, including laser, inkjet and sublimation imaging technologies. Additionally, Michael has hosted several sublimation workshops over the years to help new and existing decorators enter and grow their sublimation business. Michael’s experience ranges from owning and operating two t-shirt retail outlets to working for Joto for over 16 years as the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Becky Dykes has truly found her passion, teaching those wanting to join the Silhouette creative adventure. Instructing on behalf of Craft Chameleon, Becky specializes in helping beginners learn the basics and advanced users the full power of the Silhouette Software.
Becky began 7 years ago and has worked from self-taught hobbyist to licensed Silhouette enthusiast.
